Why do people chuckle when they see me driving my Prius?

I don't stare at drivers of a Prius. But, I dread being behind one. Pay attention, you'll notice two types of cars that the drivers drive very slow in...Subarus and Prius's.

They might be staring at you because you're slow.

Also, I heard the batteries have to be replaced every few years and are very expensive to replace. So, if you compare gas $ savings to the battery $ costs. You really aren't saving money. But, people fell for the scam anyways :)

Try driving a big truck. You'll see how it feels. it does feel different than a smaller car.

batteries are good for 250000 miles maybe more. since I only drive it around 5000 miles a year , not worried about it
