Yes, actually. I own a prius, and I am a Republican. I drive it because I like to get a real world 50 miles per gallon, not so I can be smug, not so I can save the environment, just so I pay less in gas.
If I want to save the planet I would ride a bike. Which I do on occasion :)

The truck driver is ignorant to leave his big annoying noisy truck running like that. But at the same time, prius lady acted like a complete buffoon. I don't think she was looking for peace and quiet, I think she was looking for an argument, plain and simple. And chances are her dinosaur breath causes more pollution than that truck.
