He does not want to take away the guns of the people. He wants to take away the Rambo-like gun behavior of the BLM and the Park Service.

This has nothing to do with gun control. He's saying that as employees of the BLM, they don't need to be armed to do their job. They are not law enforcement and they are abusing their authority. If they need to enforce any laws, that should be left up to the local sheriffs.

Well, the IRS is supposedly a "government agency" yet they're a corporation registered in Puerto Rico (check Dunn & Bradstreet).
