It won't pass.

Remember this is a STATE legislation, not FED ... It may not pass the first time, but the fire is lit!

Oh, I hope so, Granny. Yes, it is for the State of Utah.

what about the back-ass buttfucks that will/are barbwireing and and posting no trespassing signs everywhere they can

and shoving cows up everones ass

and flat out destroying as much land as possible

What about the BLM literally kicking American land owners to the curb?

They are doing this in the name of the United Nations.
 Quoting: ^^Mountain Woman^^

I don't feel sorry for them anymore

to many spend their life wasted

taking land that is not theirs

putting up barb wire and even electric fences

destroying land with junk and garbage piles with livestalk and mines

roads and trails need to shift course just as streams and rivers do

I love all videos how the BLM just burns 1000s of acres in the MTS of Oregon in Grant County. That UT sheriff, who is also a rancher, said the same thing. The BLM is way more destructive than any rancher could be.

Yes, and the poor Hammonds are in jail, and it is probably not their fault.

Representative Jason Chaffetz, the Republican from Utah, has introduced a Bill that would take the law enforcement capacity on public lands from the Bureau of Land Management and the US Forest Service.

This is a major win for US citizens if it does in fact pass. Many have been harassed and even lost their land to the Federal Government in land grabs and other abuses enforced by the BLM.

The action would give local law enforcement back to the Sheriffs, which in fact is where it should be.

There is a group of Representatives who are fighting for the rights of the public in land issues. This group has labelled themselves the Coalition of Western States (COWS), and they are indeed dedicated to restoring Constitutional values back to the US.

This is the cause LaVoy Finicum gave his life for. If this Bill passes Finicum's death will not be in vain. It would mean a win for the Constitution of the United States and progress for We The People.

LINK: The Local Enforcement for Local Lands Act would de-federalize law enforcement responsibility on lands controlled by the Bureau of Land Management and the Forest Service. The measure, introduced by Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, and three colleagues from his state, would instead deputize local authorities to provide law enforcement on federal lands.

The legislation comes just weeks after the violent resolution of the armed standoff between law enforcement agents and anti-government activists occupying the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon. The refuge is under the jurisdiction of the Fish and Wildlife Service and it’s not clear how the legislation would impact FWS, which, like BLM, is part of the Interior Department. The Forest Service is part of the Agriculture Department.

The legislation appears to be part of a larger effort to crack down on the agencies; Chaffetz’s bill was coupled with an investigation he launched last week into BLM and the Forest Service’s spending on employee bonuses. On Wednesday, a subcommittee on Chaffetz’s oversight panel held a hearing into BLM’s policies on leasing public lands.
 Quoting: ^^Mountain Woman^^

I thought the BLM was setup as a corporation...so if that is the case, how would they get such enforcement power in the first place?

Maybe it is like the IRS which is actually a corporation registered in the caribbean and it is essentially cronism that keeps it where it is today?

wtf
