I applaud the effort but in my opIinion it is a redundant act. It took a constitutional amendment to ban alcohol consumption and the same protocol is required for the other so called banned substances. If one causes no harm to others ingesting medicinal substances then government can keep their noses out of my business. My body, my choice right?
