10:42 pm- “Over by the Motel 6 by Tropicana there’s a white RV. I have pedestrians saying that the older white male in fatigues and a black bag went into the motor home…pedestrians say he came from the area of the shooting.”
10:43 pm - “There’s one WMA (white male adult) in black fatigues in a white RV off of Koval and Tropicana south of.”
10:44 pm - “Giles and Alibaba, several casualties.”
10:45 pm - “We’re going to put a shotgun facing the RV that the suspect is supposed to be in. It’s going to be behind the Clarke Co Fire Dept engine.
10:46 pm- “Confirming I have casualties at Alibaba and Giles east of the Catholic Shrine as well as in the Mandalay Bay. So we have 2 scenes.”
10:48 pm – Set up North of the Motel 6, NW area
10:49 pm- “I need someone at Reno and Tropicana, we might have a possible.”
10:51 pm - “FYI, we’re posted on Koval just north of the target RV at Tropicana, there’s two of us here.”
10:52 pm - “We’re going out on a possible right at the side of Motel 6. There’s 3 of us here.”
10:53 pm - “Confirming the Mandalay Bay and Alibaba/Giles are the two shooting locations. Do we have a 3rd?
11:11 pm - Control: ‘Please be advised there is a woman with a gunshot wound to the head at the Tropicana.’
11:14 pm -- “ Ok now I’m getting information on an active shooter at Tropicana.”
11:15 pm -- “Advise there is an active shooter at Tropicana, active shooter at Tropicana.”
11:16 pm - “I’m outside Tropicana, we’re not hearing any 434’s this could be a diversion.”
11:17 pm - “Referencing Tropicana they’re advising there was a hispanic male, dark skin with an afro, unknown clothing with a backpack. Said he squatted in the driveway of Hooters and looks like a suspect.”
11:21 pm – “I got medics reporting that they’re getting shot at, at the Tropicana!”
11:22 pm - “We have a strike team available send them to the Tropicana.”
11:23 pm - “We made contact inside the Tropicana. They are reporting negative shots fired.”
12:20 am - Officer: ‘One in custody at the Motel 6.’
