Breakthrough device can generate electricity from the night sky

(Fox News) - An innovative new device is able to generate electricity from the night sky, according to a new study.

The research, published in Joule, highlights a new device that uses radiative cooling and is able to generate enough electricity for an LED light bulb, even at night...

The device, which is still a prototype, was put on a table, three feet above the ground on a rooftop in Stanford, Calif. It has a polystyrene enclosure that is covered in aluminized mylar to "minimize thermal radiation and protected by an infrared-transparent wind cover," according to the statement.

It eventually drew heat from the surrounding air and released it back into the night sky through a simple black emitter.

Radiative cooling, as described by Space.com, allows a surface to pass its heat to the atmosphere and is cooler than the air that surrounds it...

Raman and the other researchers believe that if they're able to make some modifications, the device could be used on a wider scale and also in particularly hot and dry climates...

Reclusive Swiss billionaire Hansjorg Wyss — one of the Democrats’ biggest and most secretive donors — is currently under investigation for a 2011 sexual assault, as originally reported in a handwritten complaint by his former employee Jacqueline Long.

The current status of the investigation was confirmed by a Nov. 30, 2017 document obtained by TheDCNF in a case titled State vs. Hansjorg Wyss. The document was from the office of Fredric M. Knapp, the Morris County, New Jersey, prosecutor.

The document confirmed the receipt of sexual paraphernalia from Long, including a “purple vibrator.” She alleged in the complaint the device was used by Wyss as a weapon during the assault against her.

Township authorities are looking into the accusation Wyss launched a vicious and brutal sexual assault against Long on April 3, 2011, while the two were staying at the Governor Morris Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey.

And does Anti-Buttplug even realize Chick Fil A is closed on Sundays? He'll probably try to claim his Sunday protest kept customers away the whole day. Haha!

Think I read in a thread here that their sales went up. He's just showing he's not presidential material. If he was, he'd know they were closed on sunday cause he would have done his research. Can't wait to see this commercial.

Heard purina on fox yesterday make a good point. She said that everyone expected (everyone being bernie and biden) that POTUS would tackle lizzie and he's not doing the work for them so now they're going to have to decide if they want to go after her.
