US dept of Veterans affair mandates weekly covid test for unvaccinated staff

My friend works there and he was sent an email from new Biden VA administration saying they must fill out affirmation paperwork attesting to their vaccination status. If unvaccinated they must do weekly covid test. All staff directly dealing with patients have to get covid vaccines or face loosing their jobs.
