Tl;dr version

(illegal sitting) minister is boasting about ordering and pre ordering millions of doses of vaxx to booster, while waiting for Pfizer to "adjust" one for omicron and then buy more.

Wish i was making this up and if it wasn't about human life i'd thought it was a comedy.
