[quote:Anonymous Coward 898092:MV8xMTYyODM5XzE4NzY3MDU1X0FCNjQwMEJG] [quote:Jake101] today might be a bad day in the subway too.. you just never know. it also might be a bad day in the bathroom depends on what you ate the night before. I have tons of control over my participation in the market. You're telling me to ignore market indicators (as though commenting on it is panicking,) and comparing it eating bad food.
dude do whay you want...play the market, i hope you win..i don't care. eat bad food i don't care. eat good food i don't care. but tomorrow might be a bad day.. you sound like a secret pessimist who plays the market. if you have tons of control you have a thread titled, 'i have tons of control of the market so whether it goes up or down doesn't mean a damn to me because i hedged properly' why the mopey title.? :hf:
I'm not trying to make a 'prediction' or anything of the sort. While the Asian/European markets are trending slightly down, and any other time I'd suspect our market would be up (after the fall of last week, there seems like a lot of potential good buys,) I was surprised to see the futures down.
In fact, looking around on the various market floors there seems to be a very gloomy (more than usual) atmosphere, and watching Bloomberg and seeing some surprising indicators, I just think today has some potential to be a somewhat bad day.
But now that I've called it down, I suspect we'll be up 10,000 points and it will be the best rally in history :P
