Original Message I came out of a really weird dream this morning that I wasn't even a participant in. I was just observing the dream, like watching a tv show. After I woke up, I laid there a few minutes and as I was drifting off to sleep again, I enter into a tunnel of purple/indigo light and this loud rushing noise is all around me. I wasn't asleep though, i was consciously aware of what was happening and got scared and decided to stop going into the tunnel.

I have been getting into meditation lately and have been clearing my mind and focusing on breathing before falling asleep at night. Last night before I went to sleep I decided that I wanted to have another lucid dream and I made my intentions clear that I was ready to meet my spirit guide and find out what my purpose in life was.

Does anyone have any advice for losing my fear and letting myself enter this gateway? I have been trying to raise my vibrations by giving up meat and other low frequency foods and the last few weeks I have felt a noticeable rise in vibration.
I almost never remember my dreams, but the last week or so i have had full recall of dreams and my first lucid dreams. Anyone else noticing the same thing? It's like a switch was flipped and I have gotten a HUGE boost in my consciousness.
