[quote:Jasto (OP):MV8xOTk3NDMxXzMzNjExMzgwX0UyM0NGMURE] Re the movie You can buy the DVD or always download it. It has a touching scene in the end, by the way. It sort of reminds me of the brilliant "Oh Captain, my Captain" scene from "Dead Poet's Society". A confession : I joined GLP officially after months of stalking it as an unregistered member. It sucked that I couldn't comment on a thread like this, so I decided that it was about time I joined it. It's midnight here, almost halfway round the world from where you live, and I thought I'd share a quote with all the people reading this before I try to get some sleep. "The thing is that I want it all next week, right now, this millisecond. The leader, the instigator, the creator, the cold origination; life should sparkle and rush, burn with fire, hot like melting steel, like freeze-burn from a comet. Be seriously involved with growing, with your own development, and never fear. Be the kind of person who is naturally powerful, positive, ingenious, open, to the highest degree, but with no interest in coercion or pressure or power over other people. That kind of power is hollow. It contains nothing and brings you nothing in the long run. Be the best. No negativity. No weakness, No acquiescence to fear or disaster,No errors of ignorance and no evasion to reality." ~ Jeff Buckley. (Beautiful human being, by the way. And one of my most favorite artists.) Last Edited by Rhapsody Of Light on 09/26/2012 12:53 PM Thanks, i will look into finding that movie for sure. I also watched this site for a long time before signing up and posting finally. I saw alot of good here, but it was going south fast lately, so i felt compelled to register and post something positive one day, and do something about it, or at least try. Nice Buckley quote, will research more there, for sure, thanks! I hope you sleep well, and good things come to you! Jasto .
I am starting this thread to gather some of the enlightened and postive thinking GLPers together with positive thinking as a group as the desired outcome.
I think a group of positive thinking people are far more powerful than a scattered bunch of folks trying to fight battles individually with multiple negative thinkers constantly.
The only rule is, do no harm to any other poster here, and present any win win positive thought you may have.
Any negative posts are not welcome, in any shape fashion or manner. To be considered a post here, it must not insult or otherwise harm anyone in any manner, either possibly or imaginatively even. Any post that does not hold this standard is to simply be ignored, and we move on to the next post.
Welcome and lets do it!
Jasto
