The guy cannot spell but never mind that.

Seems pretty obvious that this female cop was just out to give this guy a ticket, any ticket.

First she tries to get him for smoking (he's a non smoker), then ...

• She blatantly LIES.
• She refuses to return the man's ID so he could leave.
• When she realizes there is no way she can ticket him with smoking on UTA property - she actually has the balls to charge him with loitering! ... ALL ON VIDEO!

I wish that when these videos get taken that quite clearly show purposeful harassment (like in this case), that the officer in question gets reprimanded.
