He passed away many years ago...
I remember his Mason ring. It was gold, had an onyx stone with the 'G' and the compass and square.
Most of all though, I remember all the Shriner plaques all over his house and the fez hats.
I have recently found out that Shriners are beyond the 33 degree masons, and that you had to get to that level to become one.
Is there truth to this? anyone care to elaborate more?
