Okay, so first a summary.
Upon the request of others, I made this thread so that those interested in helping decode this word search / possible cipher can come directly to this thread instead of having to read through 50+ pages to see the progress.
Here's the original thread in case you'd like to see it:

The website [link to www.thelastelection14.com] popped up on the internet around March 14th. At that time, there was a countdown timer that counted down to March 21 12:01am local time with a message at the bottom of the page written backwards and from bottom to top like this:

Which translated to:
TELL EVERYONE BACK AT HOME I SAID TO ALERT EVERYBODY. IT WILL HIT WITH NO WARNING.- MAR FIFTEEN
The MAR may have several meanings. It could mean March, Mid Atlantic Ridge, Mesoamerican region, Mar Russia, Marathi language, Mid-air retrieval, Mark from the Bible, and a slew of other meanings. A few are here: [link to www.wikipedia.org]
Shortly after, a binary code appeared that translated to:
Be Prepared. Don’t Get Left Behind.

Before the site timer ran out, a block of letters appeared on the screen and the title of the page appeared as Russian letters.
The title of the page, when translated to English, stated literally "You keep pressing/holding the button" (as in a keyboard) or more informally, "You hold the key"

Those who have been working on decoding this aren't sure if this is a word search (as there are many visible words when arranged into a 20x25 grid) or whether it's a cipher.

But no further progress was made.
Somewhere along the way, it was said that it decoded to:

But this was never verified.
Also found on another forum was this:
39.814497,-24.151764 is the coordinates of the nukes drilled with the platforms according to a plan drawn up in the 80's for Mew Madrid.

But again, not verified.

Within the source code of the web page was coordinates relating to the following locations:

But the creator of this site borrowed code to make his site, so this may or may not be related.
