Original Message I have a friend that is a little slow upstairs but is a good man with a huge heart. He was walking from Wal-Mart headed home and a police car pulled up beside him and told him to stop, he got a little scared and walked faster. The officer then yelled at him and told him if he didn't stop then he was going to shoot him, so he stopped and the cop checked his id and let him go... I don't understand how this is legal?
