[quote:Anonymous Coward 48646044:MV8yODUyNjI2XzUwMTQwOTIzXzdFMTMxMThF] Had many landlords. If the paint is fairly okay, and as you say, you fill in any holes etc, and it's in a neutral shade, then I HIGHLY doubt he will go to the huge trouble of the small claims court. You were told you could, and they bought the paint! *I* can tell you are truthful, and I can't even see you; a court would know too, and would throw him out. Just keep repeating what you told us. Bastard landlords! [/quote]

Ok so the property manager(( supper intendant )) told me 2+ yr's ago that if I picked a neutral light colour the walls wouldn't have to be painted when I move .....
so we picked out a very light very neutral colour together and the Supper went out and purchased it for me ...
Well I was told today by the owner of the building that it has to all be back to the " builders beige" before I leave @ end of this month...
Or he will charge me $1000.00 to have a 800sq feet apt painted
Can he do this legally ?????
What are my rights ??
