So my baby June, in 1st Grade - her teacher at the last PTO (We call them that in this State) - they are teaching her 3rd Grade English and Math since she "naturally" is able to pick up on the 1st/2nd grade material.
Now - I've read other threads... about gifted children being "targeted" -
Hell, I just read something about during the Cold War they really pushed the "gifted program" for students and "morphed" them...
So I'm super excited - yet also worried.
I'm not a mother, I'm a Dad - so there's a slight disconnect, (Boys love Mom, Girls Love Dad) - yet Dad's don't have that magic intuition that Mothers do.
Since it's a Public School, should I be worried?
