I learned this about vitamin supplements. I had some calcium, magnesium and Vitamin D and I bought K2 also. You don't want to take extra calcium without K2 because the calcium can settle in your arteries. It can lead to hardening of the arteries.
I have ordered some magnesium that I can take that doesn't have calcium in it. I just wanted to share that with everyone because I didn't know it originally.
Please, also be careful with Iodine because too much Iodine can also make you sick.
