Wins are ONLY events related to kept campaign promises or ideals.

A happening cannot be both a flip flop and a win - A happening can change from 1 side to the other based on current events. I will update flip flops and wins here, by edit, based upon your posts. Personally, I'm an independent that voted for Trump (just in case I present bias)
