I left my job two months ago.
Have been applying like crazy through usajobs....
so little were referred to a hiring official....
I had a phone interview about one month ago... Never heard back after that...
And now I have another phone interview next week, with a different employer...
I have never had phone interviews before....
I don't like phone interviews at all.
Is this becoming the norm?
