Been training for about 7 years and I look exactly like this guy here but I am taller than him

Notice how the one like me looks quite small while lean while Joshua looks huge despite being at a similar bodyfat level

Is it possible to look like Joshua without the use of steroids? I don't want to go bald or have my cock shrink by taking roids
