Easy task for many; not satanic as some would have us believe. We're made of 100% energy with zero matter and nothing but sound vibration holding us together. Detecting other energy (eg flowing water) isn't a stretch.
Years ago had studied dowsing and chi energy. Was out hiking one day without any water and was getting very thirsty, when i came to the top of a big hill. Decided to try an experiment. Held out fingers of right hand horizontlly (sending energy) with my eyesight aligned with where my hand was pointing (called the "eye-beam"). Held up left hand vertically like a radar dish (receiving emergy). Scanned the area below me slowly, until i felt a twitch in my left hand. Went down the hill to where my fingers (and eyes) had been pointing. Found a small spring of grest-tasting water bubbling out of the ground at that very spot. There was no stream from the spring to indicate it was there. True story.
ive heard of something similar but havent tried it myself. your story makes me think you have a healing gift. personally i feel incredible HEAT or a deep COLD over injuries and painful spots. usually its heat, painful heat (i cannot touch anyone with a fever, its too painful) found an icy spot on my spouses spine right where he said it was hurting. Many years ago when I was in the third grade picked a Y shaped stick and walked around the park across the street from our apartment building until the stick pointed down on its own it scared me senseless.
This were back in the days when even a public education touched on many topics and although had no clue as to the proper use the dowsing stick it did indeed forcibly point down.
Years later found out that Tibbetts Brook ran underground in the area and probably a tributary water source flowing eventually to the Hudson River.
If you read the government website pertaining to water dowsing they bring up the point that water in many areas is abundant underground and dowsing is no big deal however, this third grader pinpointed an underground brook.
Hope to have some fun with this on our small ranch in Wyoming before the well diggers arrive to dig our well.
