[quote:Lowkey Cyberpunk:MV8zOTYyNTk1XzgwNzE1NTk0XzZDODFBQzE5] [quote:Pooka:MV8zOTYyNTk1XzgwNjA2ODkwXzg3QkRBRUE4] What a treasure you have! A natural remedy book that actually uses natural remedies! Does it address anything that might specifically prevent covid-19 components? Challenge to lungs, maybe? So happy you recovered from being very ill. "Every time I became lucid" is very frightening! Thank the Good Lord you had those times, which led you to rehydrating in a big way. Otherwise . . . Laughing at you being Patient Zero, though it is not actually amusing. So dangerous, this stuff. What you did is obviously exactly the right thing. Glad your co-workers also recovered. Thank you for sharing this. Each of us should commit your experience to memory, just in case.
There is no doubt in my mind that God Almighty had a purpose for me to survive this. I've been sick in my time but never like that. To lead me to know to embrace the fever, to have fluids nearby, to have taught me to hydrate... too many people died without this guidance. It's okay to laugh at me, I joke at myself. Many years ago I had the honor to be taught hydrotherapy at a school in New York. I hated the cold water treatments. But now I realize how important it is to stimulate our immune systems in the way that is needed. We all need to learn how to be medics in the upcoming crisis.
Continuation of another thread of wonderful people with the best ever ideas for practical prepping even for those with little money.
We discuss power outages including CME and EMP, heating and cooking methods, first aid, foods; we run disaster scenarios to see if we know what to do.
This is probably the only prepping thread a person would need, whether long-time prepper here to share, or newbie prepper here to learn and everyone in between.
Welcome!! Join us! Learn! Teach! Enjoy!!
What you need to put in a good medical/first aid kit is listed on Page 99. Copy or even add to the list there.
