So short story we had two new people start in our department less than two weeks ago and the leader quit on us a couple days after hiring them.
So i'm filling in on a temporary basis. Not sure if I want to be a leader.
One lady is a complainer...and has already had the other new lady yell at her. I've wanted to yell at her myself.
So any advice would be helpful. It would be a good opportunity.
