[/quote] Decriminalization is certainly an option...but it does not provide adequate protection for the consumer. For example...if you buy a bag of weed from your dealer and it is laced with something that effects your health (negatively)...you have NO recourse. Buy purchasing your weed from a Licensed and Legally Compliant provider, you are guaranteed a certain quality (product labels similar to "Nutrition Facts") and in the event something is wrong with the batch/lot you purchased from (Seed to Sale software) and can be removed from all shelves...not unlike any re-call of a food or medicinal product. Let's say you find mold in your legally purchased weed...You will get it replaced or reimbursed...try that with your current dealer...LOL. I could go on and on about this. [/quote]
