If expansive mind is present.. its always a good experience.  No evil flies the universe.. evil is kept ON planets ....like this one... you will find much evil here and NONE out there.. the right to fly the universe is earned.

Right after the dark brotherhood is removed from this planet you are going to have massive contact.  Its time.  The folks up there are a mix of those from the worlds of heaven and those from advancing planets that have earned that right to fly.

There are warring peoples who while they grow up to earn the right can be kept inside the solar systems while they prove that right.

There are 10 million craft in or near our solar system.. at least... al with allegiance  to commander Esu Immanuel.. one of the two who shared in Christ Incarnation 2000 years ago.. the other being Christ Michael of Nebadon our Creator Son.

I've never seen one or know someone that has, not that I know of anyway.
