[quote:Still:MV80MTEyNDcwXzc0NjI2MzA0XzcyQUY2OUQ5] [quote:Mukk1234:MV80MTEyNDcwXzc0NjIzOTM0XzYzQ0I0RkZF] I've spent alot of time there. I have friends there. Its a huge financial center for China. There is more on the line about this then most know. I have a good friend that works for Chase bank in HK and he took off as did many others. The HK people do not like the mainland Chinese for many reasons. This could get very ugly. Both sides of the Bay are protesting. Kowloon and the Hong Kong side. I hope a solution is reached as its one of my favorite cites.
What are the political leanings of the HK population generally? Assume they are capitalistic with socially left leanings? Just curious...
Soon it will happen.
China will not put up with it much longer.
Protesters are deluded and have been brainwashed to think they can achieve something.
They will achieve their own death very soon.
