Original Message Under cover cops selling drugs to known addicts can now be sued for furthering addiction. Major court decision was just handed down. Waiting to see how much money the officer and the police force are on the hook for.
Also if the addict dies from an overdose sold by an undercover cop, the cop gets manslaughter.
