And there is another thing working at the same time... IMO, there will be tribulation saints... but they will not be part of the Bride of Christ. As far as I see, Jesus comes for His Bride once... Hence the parable of the foolish and wise virgins. There are no second sweeps. People who repent and come to Christ in the Tribulation - will then be as you put it: Tribulation Saints... morphing into God's people on the earth (if they make it to there) during the millennium.
The 144K go into tribulation after being sealed. They are sealed with the Holy Spirit. These are not people who come to Christ during the tribulation. They already believe in Christ. They are also the first to come back with Christ at his second coming. Would Christ leave his bride when he comes back or will his Bride be with him? In addition to the 144K the Tribulation Saints who cannot be counted are seen in heaven and given new robes. Rev 7:3-4 3 saying, “Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.” 4 And I heard the number of those who were sealed. One hundred and forty-four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel were sealed: 2 Corinthians 1:21-22 21 Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, 22 who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee. Revelation 14:1-5 1 Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father’s name written on their foreheads. 2 And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps. 3 They sang as it were a new song before the throne, before the four living creatures, and the elders; and no one could learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth. 4 These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, being firstfruits to God and to the Lamb. 5 And in their mouth was found no deceit, for they are without fault before the throne of God.
Many people have fallen for the delusion that if they miss the Rapture
then it's no big deal because they will get the chance to become a Tribulation Saint.
Well it is a big deal because if you have knowingly rejected the call to get right with the Lord while you are still blessed with a little time, then what gives you the right to think that the Lord will give you a second chance?
It's my hope that He will be merciful unto you, but I must stress to you that you are not guaranteed a 2nd chance. All hell will break loose immediately afterwards and you could quite easily lose your life in an instant, perhaps from a nuclear bomb, or from any number of other causes. Yes I know that it's a big leap of faith for many of you. In my case the Lord appeared to me when I was not a believer and since then I have had so many instances of the Lord appearing in my life that I lost count of them a long time ago. So if perhaps your thinking along the lines of "that's easy for you to say," your right. It's easy for me to say because I know that it's true. But what's not so easy for me, is the feeling that a lot of the time I seem to be banging my head against a brick wall because of the lack of interest that so many people have in their eternal salvation.
The important point that I want to make is
that if you will seek the Lord with all your heart as best as lies within you then He will be quick to hear you.
Do it now while you are still blessed with a little time because earth shaking events are nearly upon us.
