A woman 'was practicing for a mushing competition at Norm's Island in south Billings when she tipped and was left behind. The four dogs kept running. There were reports from the community of the sighting.'

Two K9 officers eventually were able to get the dogs stopped. And as they said later, laffing, they got the dogs to stop by calling them using baby talk like we do with pups, LOL, as heard in video near the end.
