In other words commercial jetliners don't share the same airspace as light aircraft except for landing, taking off, and possible when in a holding pattern waiting to land. Are you saying when a Cessna is at max altitude, the trails are right above them? Nope. Those trails are 3 times higher than any Cessna 150 can fly! I think you are having trouble with perspective.
