The biggest swarm of locusts for decades sweeps across East Africa. And it's threatening to wreak catastrophe on countries already struggling with food insecurity.
Somalia has already declared a state of emergency, with several swarms there devastating crops.
In Ethiopia more than a billion locusts have swarmed across the country and have spread south to Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
Now there are fears the pests could spread further - to Eritrea and South Sudan.
