She had a huge business and more employees than we had. She tried to do take out but it wasn't 1/4 of her expenses. [/quote]

So, we are a 2nd Generation construction company. Had to lay off all but 2 people. The cancellations and reschedules the past 3 weeks have been crazy. We made a tough decision...better to live and fight another day.
