In Alabama we had 0 deaths up until today one person died. There was an article about it, but there no name or info about the person available. Very weird. I thought it could be bullshit.
That's bullshit..My wife, and sister are both nurses and they have several covid-19 patients at both hospital's they work at..Do some research, there's at leas 4 deaths, and over 400 cases in Bama..It's just not being reported correctly...Hell our neighbor from down the road has been in the hospital for 2 weeks.. Shelby, and Jefferson counties if you were wondering!!
Theres only one reported death. Do you have a source? What city do you live in and what hospital are they at?
I'll help you out. I am from Alabama, too, and it was on the news tonight: https://www.wvtm13.com/article/alabamas-first-coronavirus-related-death-reported-in-jackson-county/31932989 I live in Jefferson county which has 129 of the 386 cases. On the news last night they said UAB had 45 confirmed patients with 18 on ventilators and 81 awaiting test results. Tonight they said there were 60 something with 30 being on respirators. This is only at one hospital in the area. I have a family member who was admitted yesterday to the another hospital with pneumonia. He is awaiting test results. This is a real threat, and it is about to hit this area hard. https://www.wbrc.com/2020/03/26/jeffco-health-dept-city-councilman-we-are-about-be-hit-by-tsunami/
Your statement in first post was something totally different and incorrect. Hope your relative gets well soon.
I think I understand why people want to believe it's fake or a hoax. It's hard to accept the fact that there is a virus like this spreading like wildfire, about to kill millions of people. It's hard to wrap your head around it. I would much rather think that this is all just an elaborate move to take Trump out of office, or some other reason. Pandemics like this are something that has happened many times in history. Many, many, many times. Science and medicine can boast all they want, but a lot of things are still mysteries to doctors. The virus is out there, and it's about to kill a lot more people.
