Papaya leaf juice, or actually EXTRACT - meaning juice pressed from papaya leaves, will help raise the platelet levels like nothing else... Combine that with high-dose vitamin C and a few others such as IV fever reducer to mitigate the discomfort and greatly reduce the danger and suffering.. Unfortunately I learned these things after the fact..

These home remidies r known to us also.If we talk of modern allopathic medicine they donot have any definite treatment for it.I also got it in year 2008 and was hospitalised for few days.

R u really in US?I thought this disease occurs only in hot and humid third world countries.
