This is why I wanted to make this thread. If I'm wrong then well I may get sick. But when the MSM, says go outside you will die, if not 6 feet away you will die, if you are around alot of people you will die. Well I am around alot of people. And sick, and noone has said anything!!
Our local shelter is tiny houses our town built. Right now they are single men only, 1 person to a house. There are currently plenty of beds in town for women and children. About 20 houses and families in our tiny rural community have adopted residents so are dropping off weekly groceries. They have a common area for laundry facilities, but can cook in the tiny houses. One person in the community has a commercial cleaning business and is cleaning and disinfecting common facilities daily. The men at the tiny houses built several handwashing stations for the encampments in the bigger town but now there is a lot of uncertainty because the encampment is being moved by the state for construction purposes. It's not a good time to move if you are already homeless. So far, I only know of one person who became ill. I was exposed to them two days before they fell sick, but completed my 14 day self quarantine uneventfully. Please stay safe OP. I'm medical and really don't think it is a hoax. Make healthy decisions to the best of your ability and if you can find a bottle of Vitamin C, I highly recommend taking it regularly. Best to you and thanks for the updates. :hf: Oh, and many of these people are 'essential', lots of cleaners and dishwashers and food prep in fast food restaurants WORKING FULL TIME OR MORE. I know the majority of GLP disagrees, but they deserve a living wage.
We have programs that you can get a home, and shelter people jump to the front of the list. I don't do the programs because I always just save and get my own place to stay and didn't intend to stay in this town. This time though I said I'll apply for whatever I can. And those people do deserve the higher wages. But I also think nothing should be closed. Something else is going on here
