Hmmm. Not sure if this is what you are referring to here, but it is interesting: Black Swan Theory, as explained by Nassim Nicholas Taleb in his 2007/2010 book, The Black Swan, describes an event which is a disproportionally-rare occurrence, is unpredictable, but has a high-impact when it does occur. According to Taleb, Black Swan events include the September 11 attacks, the rise of the Internet, World War I and the development of the personal computer. As a result, the event’s non-predictability causes behavioral/psychological changes within people, especially ones who adhere to the scientific method for identifying events. Statistically speaking, these outliers pay a disproportionate role in public opinion and public policy. https://bravenewclimate.com/2012/02/01/black-swan-anti-nuclear/
mid 2000s, there was a lot of "chatter" about missing nukes and suitcase nukes, the 7 cities scenario was part of it. not sure where it originated, supposedly a cia plot, but was talked about a good bit here on glp and elsewhere
Thanks! Heard of it but the details didn't come to mind. My perspective on this is that they are using "Black Swan" terminology to describe this pandemic in order to generate fear in the public. The public panic then will allow them to put new controls in place. Which is why I found the excerpt above interesting. I'm not saying that the other possibilities, like what you mention and what others mention, aren't likely as well. It's just not what I'm betting on at the moment.
yeah, me either. would be easier just to set off the nukes without faking a pandemic to cover up the failing economy. unless they just want to watch shit blow up. i think war (ww3) is most likely to happen, if nothing from space or the sun is involved. they supposedly have been planning 3 world wars over a century. the result potentially gives them everything they want- a lot fewer ppl on earth, world gov and currency, etc. but not everything goes according to plan... They are using emotional language to describe what we will face this week...words that hit right at the psyche of people...
What are they really saying? What was the truth of Pearl Harbor? What was the truth of 9/11? Yes, people died...but who was really responsible? What happened as a result?
We had internment camps for the Japanese after Pearl Harbor. We have the Patriot Act as a result of 9/11. What will we have when this is over?
"This is going to be our Pearl Harbor moment, our 9/11 moment, only it's not going to be localized," Surgeon General Jerome Adams said on "Fox News Sunday." He added: "It's going to be happening all over the country. And I want America to understand that."

Look at who they are choosing as the messenger. Who is this young black man who does not speak with confidence?
