How to enter the Kingdom through the narrow gate???
MATHEW 7:13 "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.
We need to get a picture in our mind of the overall theme of the bible and of God's thinking. Here are just a few things to consider. There are many things we need to learn to get through that narrow gate but in this essay we will consider just a few...
Lets begin...
(THE ISRAELITES)
Time and time again they showed a total lack of faith...
1. God taught them faith through Manna and relying on him to sustain them...
2. God taught them faith by relying on him in war and when under attack...
3. God taught them faith even if it meant their life. Abraham had to have faith even to the point of sacrificing his own son...
4. God taught them not to be immoral with the kings of the earth, not to make alliances with Nations Kings Govenments. God wanted the Israelites to only trust in him, to put their full faith in him at all times...
THE LESSON... The lesson we can learn from the Israelites is our faith in God and his Son must be TOTAL!!! ABSOLUTE!!!
(THE PROPHETS, ENOCH, JOB, NOAH AND THE 7000)
Somtimes we must walk with God and his Son alone...
1. Enoch and Noah walked with God for 100s of years alone surrounded by evil and violence...
2. Job lived at the time the nation of Israel existed but he was not part of the nation of israel. Job lost everything, his wife despised him, he lost all his family, friends, and his fellow worshipers slandered him. But he still stayed loyal to God all alone...
3. The prophets had to preach alone teach alone and speak judgment messages alone when their fellow worshippers the Israelites turned bad...
4. The 7000 Israelites were men and woman who worshiped in secret (Rom 11:3,4).
They worshiped in secret because their fellow worshipers the Israelites had become bad worshipping Baal and false God's...
THE LESSON... The lesson we can learn from the Prophets, Enoch, Noah, Job and the 7000 is sometimes we must walk with God alone, worship God alone. When we are surrounded by violence, and all our fellow worshippers are teaching or practicing what is bad we must not become like them or share in the sin with them or keep company with them.
We must never share in sin!!! We must seperate from sin and that somtimes means we must be alone walking with God. Its a narrow gate and only a few will get through it, so following the crowd is dangerous!!!
(THE 12 APOSTLES)
Time and time again the Apostles were haughty and proud and lacked humility...
1. The Apostles argued who was the greatest they had wrong pride (Math 18:1-6).
2. The Apostles wanted the first places...
3. Peter was not modest but bragged he was more loyal than his fellow Apostles he was self righteous...
THE LESSON... The lesson is to be humble. Jesus taught the Apostles to imitate a childs humility and meekness. We are taught throughout scripture God hates haughtiness, pride, selfrighteousness and arrogance. God wants us to treat others superior to think others are better than we are.
God wants us to make others feel special when they are with us. There is no place in God's Kingdom for racism, partiality ect. We are called to love all humans including our enemy and to treat others better than ourselves...
(FORGIVNESS)
We live in a world were people say they forgive but will not forget. We live in a world were people will drop you hate you for the smallest mistake. We live in a world were people hold grudges until they die.
1. King Mannasehs sins were so big and so horrible but God forgave him (2 Kings 21: 9,10,16) (2 Chonicles 33:1-20).
2. God sent his very special Son Yeshua to die for all humans even those that hate God...
3. God will forgive any human at the first sign of repentence...
4. God is eagerly watching waiting for humans to repent and the minute they show signs of repentence he is there ready to hear their prayers and help them...
5. God says not to forgive 7 times but 77 times, meaning there is no limit (Math 18:22).
THE LESSON... The lesson is to act and think and forgive like God. We pray to God every day we beg for his forgiveness. We still expect God to help us feed us clothe us.
We still expect God to still be our father and love us. We still expect God to forgive us even when we sin without realizing.
So should we not do the same???
We need to imitate God's forgiveness and imitate his loyalty.
When a human hurts us sins against us we can forgive instantly if we think like God.
When our friend, partner or neighbour offends us we can imitate God and forgive and still remain loyal to them.
How can we expect God to forgive us sooo much every day continuely but then we turn around and do not forgive others the sin they do against us...
(THE HARLOT OF REVELATION)
God's church his people christians have become harlots, they are immoral with the Kings Governments of this earth. Christians are spiritual virgins engaged to Yeshua we must remain spiritual virgins. We are going to form a Kingdom with Yeshua, so why would we vote for or support or worship any manmade Governments in Satans world???
We must not be spiritually immoral we are engaged to Yeshua we must remain spiritual virgins...
1. We must COME OUT of any harlot spiritually immoral church that is immoral with the Governments of this earth (Rev 18:1-10).
2. We must seperate from CHURCH AND STATE...
3. We must put our full trust and faith in God's Kingdom not in Satans manmade Governments of this earth...
4. If we are in a Church that is involved in Church and State then we must COME OUT OF IT and worship like the 7000 in secret alone...
THE LESSON... The lesson is simple, you have a choice either you worship and support (Gods Kingdom) or you worship and support (Satans Kingdom, with all of its manmade earthly Governments)
You cannot support or worship both!!!
If you worship and support both you have lost your spiritual virginity and have become a harlot.
You can though get your spiritual virginity back by COMING OUT of all harlot Churches and saying no to Church and State.
If you have to walk with God alone like Enoch did or like the 7000 then so be it, we must not share in sin by being part of a harlot church. You are the church and Yeshua is your leader, gather with likeminded christians...
(THE SEVEN CHURCHES OF REVELATION)
In (Revelation Chapters 2 and 3) Jesus Christ Yeshua speaks to seven Churches. We can learn a lot from what he says...
1. We are taught not to tolerate pratice of sin in the Church...
2. We are taught not to tolerate false doctrine in the church...
3. We are taught not to mix worship of God with false worship...
4. We are taught not to tolerate those that practice fornication, adultery or immorality in the Church...
5. We learn from Yeshua that the church must be clean and if we mix gather with christians who practice sin then we will share in it...
THE LESSON... The lesson we can learn is to not tolerate false teachings, sin or the practice of it in a Church. If we are in a Church that teaches false teachings then we must leave COME OUT of it. If we are in a church that has christians who practice sin ect then we must leave COME OUT of it.
(CONCLUSION)
1. THE GATE IS NARROW BUT WE CAN GET THROUGH IT BY OUR FAITH AND BY READING THE BIBLE DAILY AND IMITATING THE MIND THE THINKING OF OUR FATHER YAHWEH AND HIS SON YESHUA!!!
2. LEARN WHAT GOD HATES AND ABHOR IT!!!
3. WORSHIP ALONE IF YOU CANNOT FIND LIKE MINDED CHRISTIANS. SOMETIMES GOD'S PEOPLE HAD TO GO IT ALONE!!!
