This pandemic has been the worst pandemic I've ever been through but it has also allowed me to work out more than ever.I've moved my squat from 325x2 to 405x 1 in 2 months at 167 lbs. I attribute this to not moving at all for the rest of the day so I'm not wasting any excess energy. I am worried that my second floor cant handle much more than this without crashing through to my downstairs neighbor. I'm thinking about switching over to front squats to lessen the weight a little. Does anyone know what is safe in terms of square footage in a second floor apt?
