[quote:Anonymous Coward 76849200:MV80NDA4Nzg5XzgwMjYxNzk0X0Y2NjlBNEJC] [quote:Foreverwatching:MV80NDA4Nzg5XzgwMjYxNjU1XzJDMTlCMTE2] I live in Louisville. The man shot was way way far away from the protests and also was just a guy that sold bbq everyday to people, gave police and emt’s free food and was just working. The national guard that was deployed here was a mix of trained guardsmen and non-combat guardsmen like administrators and office people that were given guns and watched a 5 minute video before going into the field. I repeat, the man killed was an innocent worker miles away from the protests and the people hanging at the gas station were the same people that are there everyday.
Except you left out the part that it was midnight on Sunday and the city has a mandatory dusk to dawn curfew, the police and NG tried to disperse the crowd and someone shot at the police/NG. The narrative that is being spread is that all those people were there just to get some BBQ. Bullshit... I am not implying in any way that the man deserved anything, he was most likely an innocent bystander. But I am saying that the crowd gathered there had nothing to do with waiting to get their BBQ ribs. And someone shot at the police/NG. Play stupid games win stupid prizes. p.s. I live in Louisville too. :peace:
A man has died in Louisville after being shot at by LMPD and Kentucky National Guard forces, according to Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear.
In an earlier statement, Louisville Metro Police Department Chief Steve Conrad confirmed that a man had been shot and killed, but did not say whether or not the individual had died as a result of shots fired by law enforcement. Conrad linked the shootout to the protests in the city.

Are these the shots heard round the world? The US military is killing civilians with their rifles, and are deployed in over 25% of US states with mandatory curfews in almost every major and medium city. How is this not martial law already?
