I didn't want this to get buried in the 2-3 threads about Susan's Suicide Hotline tweet. Guess she doesn't want folks talking too much about things like Anthony Weiner's laptop.
Someone posted this remarkable pic transitioning Obama's Pakistani buddy - the one he was cuddled up with on the sofa - to Susan Rice.
I can see this could be true with some minimum changes - the eyebrows thinned, nose job, hair straightened, mustache shaved. I've always thought Susan Rice was really a man anyway, just like "Michelle".
