[quote:Anonymous Coward 77852475:MV80NDU5NTIwXzgxMjI3NTEyXzk3RkY3Nzk=] Ridiculous....forced my arse. If it comes to that they should use some regular cloth and wash it. Reusable sanitary pad. If baby diapers become impossible to get only an idiot would be forced to reuse disposable diapers. Go the closet and grab some T shirts and make a reusable diaper. Cloth is common everywhere and should be cheap enough for anybody to procure. [/quote]

Women in Lebanon are having to reuse disposable sanitary pads after a sharp rise in prices, campaigners have warned, criticising the government of the crisis-hit country for not including pads and tampons on a list of subsidised imports. Prices of sanitary products, which are mostly imported, have risen by as much as 500% after a plunge in the value of the Lebanese pound that has pushed even once affluent families into poverty and raised the prospect of mass hunger.
