[quote:Anonymous Coward 79356804:MV80NTE4MzY3XzgyMzMzNTY1XzUwMTVDM0FG] Always let them smell your hand before picking them up or waking them. Always use the same words to communicate to them. People are making ‘bumper collars’ that help them navigate and learn their surroundings. Plenty of helpful videos. [/quote]
Original Message
Two years ago we rescued a cat that had one eye. She has a detached retina in her good eye and the vet says she is not a candidate for surgery and is effectively blind.
Any helpful suggestions to help us accommodate to her situation will be gratefully appreciated.
We don't plan to have her 'put down'.
