Is it a serious conversation to talk about trump refusing to concede if he loses the election? Do you realize no one is going to stand for either side refusing to concede..? This should not even be conversation.
THIS! But the TIP report's conclusions seem to assume a Trump refusal to concede. Members of the Transition Integrity Project (TIP) include John (14 Fish) Podesta; Bill (I did not have sexual relations with the woman) Clinton; Donna (Here are the CNN Debate questions, Hillary) Brazile; and William (Never Trump) Kristol... So their conclusion that Trump will refuse to concede and his victory should be challenged, even if he has a clear victory, is not so surprising a result but IS damaging to the Republic and, in classic Alinsky fashion, the Integrity of the election process they are supposedly protecting...
Here’s how it works since no one else has really answered the question: Trump wins on Nov. 3rd. On Nov 4th the 600 (plus?) lawyers file lawsuits in as many jurisdictions as possible to say the election was rigged. They drag this out until Jan 21st. What happens? Congress can not be seated. All of the House members can’t be seated until there is a president, so the Speaker of the House (currently Pelosi and 3rd in line) can’t be president. Then what? The Senate has 65 members NOT up for election, of which, 35 are Dems. Therefore the Dems would select the President Pro Tem who would become President. Traditionally, the Pro Tem is a Senator, however there is no constitutional requirement for this. They could literally select anyone they wanted such as Big Mike, Hillary, etc.
And then all hell would break loose!! Not so civil war! Maybe the plan??
That’s the Transition Integrity Project’s plan...
Tie it up in courts until they can turn their inevitable defeat into a stolen victory...
