[quote:Louis in Richmond:MV80NjI2MzI5Xzg3NzU0MDE1X0ZCNEIzNzA4] [quote:drinking buddy:MV80NjI2MzI5Xzg3NzUyNzg1X0FBREM1MTg=] Louis, it sounds like your body may be producing/ utilizing some endogenous insulin. I have no idea how they test for that...but be super careful. Are you still getting sugar highs some of the time or mostly just lows? At the very least they should discuss dosing/ type of insulin tweaks to your regimen. Your brekkie sounds good. I knew my future SIL was going to fit right into our family when the first summer at the lake, she rolled out of bed, threw on her swimsuit, grabbed a cold cheeseburger from the night before out of the fridge and ate it as finger food while we headed out on the ski boat. Lol Back to work. Best to you foodies! :Blwkss:
I like my beer, that is the only thing lately that seems to raise it. And yes I agree with the endogenous possibility. I've watched and deliberately not eaten for two days at a time multiple times. When ill or stressed [I am almost always stressed behind my job] it will slowly creep up during the day. If not stressed it will slowly creep down to the point it goes unreadably low. I'm just glad I have a monitor that reads it every sixty seconds and holds eight hours data in its buffer. The newer ones out this year use Bluetooth to remain connected to your phone all night and as Para mentioned will cause an alarm to wake me if it falls too low. I'm calling Anthem shortly to see if they will cover it for me along with a different brand of Glaucoma eye drops.
