Put it in a kettle (not a pan) because they pop high. You stir the seeds with the heat on medium high. (no lid) I think I turned the heat down little by little as they were popping like I did with popcorn. They turn white like popcorn but are very small. I'm someone that can eat a tablespoon of pretzel salt for a snack and want more when I'm done. Here is dinner: an excessive but well deserved serving of corned beef with swiss cheese, horseradish sauce, and a ton of salt and pepper on swirl rye bread.
