They used this anti-malaria drug in many places without a mosquito. They liked the side effects of forgetting memories, and super aggression. This drug has caused a large part of 22 vets a day killing themselves for 20 years, and a smaller amount before that. Attacks the brain, crosses the brain blood barrier. Causes many problems and is progressive. Similar to ALS or MS in many cases. Plus nightly vivid nightmares, PTSD and TBI sypmtoms. It has taken out the resistance. Many of your military vets are messes up so bad they are not good to fight anymore. They have taken a huge load off the VA in compensation and health care with vets killing themselves. in the last decade more vets killed themselves than died in vietnam. Army developed the drug. Roche made it. It is cheap and effective in what they want to do. They order and watch you take it. But no they would never do that to a restless population ready to rip their heads off.
This fits my theory that there are no such things as "side effects" of a drug, only effects. I have thought that they test chemical compounds to produce the effects that you named, such as, for a soldier, memory loss and super aggression, and then cook up some "study" that shows it might be 10% effective against "malaria". Market it as "anti-malarial" even though the real purpose is to destroy people, oh wait that's an unfortunate "side effect".
They (big pharma, MSM, government, Bill Gates) tell us that mRNA (messenger RNA) cannot alter DNA because it cannot enter a cell nucleus where our DNA is stored. But what they DON'T tell us is that mRNA CAN REGULATE DNA.
The following scientific paper shows how scientist modified mRNA using CRISPR genome editing, by depleting N6-methyladenosine (m6A) reader protein Ythdf2 to the point that it significantly disturbed
expression of genes
(regulating DNA)
in the neural development of mice (neural degeneration causing lethality):

But hey relax and trust pharma, they only modified some mRNA to create "harmless" spike proteins.
mRNA from the vaccine never enters the nucleus of the cell and does not affect or interact with a person’s DNA.
