[quote:OU8122:MV80NzM3Nzc3Xzg2NjAyOTQ2XzVCRUU1NTA=] Lumber prices up dramatically meaning new construction is grinding to a halt. This leaves existing home sales and inventory in some cities are tight. I bought an ocean front condo in NC for $315k in 2017. I'm receiving unsolicited offers for $440k now which is good profit but not as good as single home sale I had in 2005 (near peak of last bubble) [/quote]

So I just got a call where the guy was asking if I'd be open to selling my house. Guy said he was from a "real estate investment group".
Pretty odd if you ask me. I told him I'd sell for $1,000,000.00. The weird part was he didn't flinch he just wanted to confirm the address. I wouldn't confirm my address so he said thanks and hung up.
I googled the number and a bunch of Chinese writing showed up.
What's really going on?
