Ok, so i am cooking leg of lamb tomorrow. I always have bone in. They were to deliver my lamb on thursday, didn't come. Didn't come today. Sorry out of stock. Never mind that I ordered and paid a week ago...grrr
Anyhow, all I could find are 2lb boneless leg of lambs, which I bought 3 of.
From what I see, it's about 16 minutes per lb, but they are separate roasts, and will lay atop a bed of potatoes.
Do I cook the entire thing for 32 minutes, or would it be 32 minutes times 3 .. an hour and a half
